Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Safina Plaza for your exhibition and gallery booking requirements. We strive to provide a smooth and professional experience for all exhibitors, brands, and event partners.
By confirming a booking with Safina Plaza, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from the Safina Plaza team.
Once the booking has been confirmed:
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Dates reserved will be blocked exclusively for the client and cannot be reassigned.
Cancellation Policy
For exhibition galleries and event spaces, cancellation charges are applicable based on the notice period provided before the booking date.
- Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges will apply for all confirmed bookings.
- Payments made toward confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
- In certain cases, rescheduling may be considered subject to availability and management approval.
Safina Plaza reserves the right to retain the full booking amount for late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute postponements.
Changes & Rescheduling
Any request for date changes or booking modifications will be subject to:
- Space availability
- Approval by the management team
- Applicable rescheduling or administrative charges
Safina Plaza is not obligated to accommodate date changes once a booking has been confirmed.
