Juliana’s Bistro – A Love Letter Between Two Cities
Juliana’s was born out of a dream to bring people together over food that comforts, connects, and lingers in memory. Nestled inside the iconic Safina Plaza, our bistro blends the cosmopolitan spirit of New York with the old-world charm of Bangalore — two cities that shaped our vision and our plates.
Our founder, Sabrina Sait, grew up in an old Bangalore that was idyllic, progressive, and full of character — where neighbours became family and food flowed constantly between homes. That spirit of connection is at the heart of Juliana’s. Later, New York became her gastronomic classroom — from hole-in-the-wall joints in Queens to the culinary icons of Manhattan. The result is a menu that is both nostalgic and globally inspired, celebrating the magic of in-person dining.
Juliana’s stands where Mac’s Fast Food once welcomed generations of Bangaloreans. Honouring that legacy, we continue the tradition of neighbourhood dining with food that is comfort-driven, carefully plated, and meant to be shared.
Food That’s Nostalgic Yet Timeless
Our menu reflects a balance of the familiar and the unexpected. From Asparagus & Burrata, Classic Prawn Cocktail, and warm Roasted Tomato & Pepper Soup — to comforting mains like Chicken à la Kiev, Chilli Jam Chicken on Betel Leaf, and fiery-sweet Singapore Chilli Prawns.
From our in-house bakery, we turn out fresh loaves daily along with desserts crafted to linger over — like Almond Crème Brûlée, Paris Brest, and tableside Crème Brûlée with the classic caramel crack.

Coffee & Zero-Proof Cocktails
Partnering with Fast Coffee, we brew with small-batch beans and a slow, mindful approach — from New York-style iced lattes to matcha, and spiced oat milk lattes. Our zero-proof cocktail list is equally considered, offering refreshing, spirit-free takes like the Island Mary, Frozen Margarita, and Pineapple & Coconut Cream.
The Space
Designed by R.P. Gunaranjan with I Factori, Juliana’s interiors weave heritage into a contemporary frame. Think Burma teak, handmade green tiles, bronze mirrors, lime-washed walls, and a glowing tiled bar against a lit onyx wall. Sheer curtains, a hand-painted mural, and a sculptural column in grooved wood add softness and drama.
Step outside, and you’ll find Josephine’s — a Parisian-style flower kiosk by Farmerr.in — a perfect spot to pick up handcrafted bunches on your way home.
Juliana’s is where café culture meets quiet luxury — a space to celebrate something small, meet someone special, or simply steal an hour for yourself.
